Tangy Honey Apple Crunch Glaze
- 1 Blue Grass Meats, Whole Jublee Ham
- 1 frozen can apple juice concentrate (thawed)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- juice of one orange and 2 tsp of zest
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- black pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium high heat then reduce to low. Let sauce thicken. Brush over ham while warming in the oven. Serve extra for dipping sauce.
